A new public space which reverses the domination of car parking to become a pedestrian area, enjoyed by all users.
Tottenham Green Phase 2 extends the work completed at Tottenham Green to create a precinct where people, cycles and service access successfully coexist in a clearly defined urban space. This new landscape draws together the Bernie Grant Arts Centre, Tottenham Library, the Enterprise Centre and Ambitious College to make an area formerly dominated by car parking, with hostile boundaries and a poor public realm, safer and more pedestrian friendly with improved accessibility and legibility.
