Towpath Road

Proposals for a new towpath on the River Lea in Enfield reconciling narrow pedestrian and cycle access with busy traffic to a bus depot and industrial estate. Option studies were used as a tool to engage with adjacent landowners and to develop design principles. The scheme extends the amenity and quality of the Lea Valley Park without compromising existing vehicular access.
