Feasibility Study

This community organisation has provided an invaluable resource to local children for over twenty years. Their enthusiasm for mucking about in boats is underscored by the more serious business of providing children with outdoor activity and the opportunity to develop valuable skills. They also offer a safe, welcoming environment for after-school activity including a quiet corner to do supported homework.
 
Their existing clubhouse is in need of an upgrade, both to match increased demand, and to address the changed physical context of the site, radically altered by a major neighbouring school building. We were selected to develop a costed study for this project in order to seek funding for a new building. Although Lottery funding was not forthcoming, we continue to seek funding opportunities for either full rebuild or building refurbishment.
