Gallions Park

Urban Design and Environmental Engineering Brief and scoping for Mayors flagship Zero Carbon residential development  - of 200 homes. This work (undertaken in close collaboration with ARUP) sets the development within the context of the Royal Albert Basin Masterplan and a potential site wide CHP energy scheme. The report was used as a basis for a limited design competition to select an architect/developer team for the site. BioRegional Quintain with architects Feilden Clegg Bradley are currently developing the project, now known as One Gallions.
