This project was part of a high profile national initiative by the Sorrell Foundation to allow schoolchildren to work directly with designers in considering improvements to their school.

After workshops and a study visit, a brief for a playground structure was developed. In addition to play facilities for different age groups the structure creates a playground shelter, a lookout, boundary improvements and addresses weekend use of the playground as a marker.

The project is part of a national touring exhibition and is currently at a feasibility study stage engaging with a wider school development plan.
